The Berries Eat*Drink*Smile

EASTER is well and truly a thing of the past , so after the last few days of hot (debatable) weather, the next big thing is fitting into a bikini!

Aghhhhhh yes indeedy - that fantastic period of the year where every diet method is researched and promises are made to oneself-

Take a few Berrie Tips on weight loss and y’know what - its more about being healthy and having a big positive head rather than weight loss - thats the key y’know : )

Anyway apart from the positive thinking element we would highly recommend our top 4 …

1. PORRIDGE - I know I know I am slightly obsessed  but im telling ya, its so great! Make it on skim milk and with honey and berries. I have it for brekkie and for lunch too with different toppings

* very low in fat  *very yummy  *very filling  *very healthy*

2. JUICE - we do a great Apple Cleanser - apple,beetroot,celery yum* we also do a really great Detox Daisey - spinach,celery,apple,linseed,cucumber

juice is so healthy and you might not think it but so filling* if you think about it like - in our plain Apple Juice there are 8 freshly squeezed apples! imagine how full you would be eating 8 apples! plus with the juice of your chosen  fruit the goodness goes straight into your system- instant feeling of goodness.

3. SPIRULINA - this find is just amazing* it has so many health benefits i would really emphasise its value to your body. It increases digestion and absorption of nutrients - preventing fatigue,promoting weight loss and reduces the signs of aging. It really is a wonder magic food : )

4. LAUGHING AND SMILING - Laughing is not just related to facial expressions, but it causes a number of chemical changes within the body. Good hearty laughter helps release enzymes and hormones that are helpful for normal functioning of various organs. It helps boost the immune system and fight infections.
Laughter is a good workout for respiratory, abdominal, leg, back and facial muscles. It tones intestinal functioning, massages abdominal organs and strengthens abdominal muscles. This activity is advantageous for digestion as well as absorption. Laughter also helps burn calories and is beneficial for weight loss.
